Terms of Service
Effective August 13, 2026
The service
Appfab provides search, filtering, rankings, and AI-assisted analysis of public App Store data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or changed as source endpoints evolve. Statistics and AI responses are not business, investment, or legal advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your third-party login account and for activity under your Appfab account. If you discover unauthorized access, revoke the third-party authorization and end active sessions promptly.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, abuse endpoints at scale, interfere with service operation, probe other users' data, or use the service for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity. We may limit clearly abnormal requests or suspend associated accounts.
Data and intellectual property
App Store product names, icons, descriptions, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Appfab retains rights in its own interface, code, and data organization. You retain applicable rights in questions you submit and authorize us to process them only to provide the service.
Service changes
We may update data coverage, features, quotas, or availability and will try to avoid interrupting core features without notice. Experimental features may change or end at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Appfab does not guarantee that data or AI responses are fully accurate, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose, and is not responsible for indirect losses arising from business decisions based on this information.
Changes to these terms
Continued use after terms are updated means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree, stop using the service and log out.
